A Kastera home is high performance, from the “Low E” windows that block furniture-fading UV light, to the two feet of insulation we blow into the attic (ten inches more than code requires), and the draft-free outlets and switches. Our Customer Service Manager performs a 20-point inspection before you move in, and then, periodically checks your home and its systems so you won’t have to worry about it. If there is something that needs addressing, your Customer Service Manager will work with the subs so you won’t have to. Your roof carries a 25-year warranty and your windows are warranted for life; all of this without having to pay extra.
