The goal of every Kastera home is to give you the greatest quality for the price; value that is built to last. Because of our efficiencies in construction and supplies, we can give you many custom-quality benefits for the best price. We like to say "you get all the extras without having to pay extra."
Rock solid quality begins with granite-slab countertops wherever you have countertops, in the kitchen, in the bathroom, and (in some plans) even in your laundry room. Instead of sprayed-on wall texturing, your Kastera home is hand-textured, with many beautiful patterns to choose from. Imagine your home with no vinyl flooring, but rather with hardwood and tile. Kastera homes have solid wood cabinetry in the kitchen, rich crown moldings, and are designed with multiple elevations so your kitchen has many focal points. Every door and window has been framed with hand-crafted architectural millwork so every opening is framed like a beautiful picture.
Every Kastera home is professionally designed and built with the quality you would expect in a custom home. Perhaps the hallmark of a Kastera home is the showcase kitchen, with granite-slab countertops, sink undermounts, travertine tile backsplashes, solid wood cabinetry, and much more. Kastera’s architects and designers leverage years of homebuilding experience to bring you a home with many open spaces, with a sense of balance and flow throughout your home from the moment you come in the front door. Every bedroom is generously sized as well. You’ll love the master bathroom with a large soaker tub, separate walk-in shower, granite-slab countertops, and a large walk-in closet to store all of your clothes and still have a place to dress.
It’s amazing how much inefficiency there is in an average home, sometimes due to poor design or because of short-cuts in construction. A Kastera home is high performance, from the “Low E” windows that block furniture-fading UV light, to the two feet of insulation we blow into the attic (ten inches more than code requires), and the draft-free outlets and switches. Why, even the garage walls are insulated so you can work comfortably there. And with today’s high cost of energy, you’ll save a lot on your energy bill, and the temperature will always feel “just right.” You won’t have to worry about a vacuum either since every Kastera home is equipped with a central-vac system, and even a convenient Vacpan® door to sweep dust into.
Kastera is one of the only builders to dedicate someone to help you after you move in. Our Customer Service Manager performs a 20-point inspection before you move in, and then, periodically checks your home and its systems so you won’t have to worry about it. If there is something that needs addressing, your Customer Service Manager will work with the subs so you won’t have to. Your roof carries a 25-year warranty and your windows are warranted for life; all of this without having to pay extra.
